Seeking a dynamic individual with leadership and motivation skills with an extensive knowledge of Pharma CDMO operations and cGMP.

The Plant Manager is a strategic partner within the facility who coordinates production activities with the Head of Operations, procurement, sales, distribution, maintenance and quality assurance to assure the business obtains optimum production and utilization of equipment, labor and pharma resources.

This position will report directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing with direct interaction between directors and managers throughout the organizations including Quality, R&D and Manufacturing.

Requirements 

Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Engineering or other related science preferred.  Chemical Engineer or PhD Chemist a plus!

10 or more years of leadership experience and proven track record in specialized Pharma CDMO, manufacturing, packaging and warehouse processes in an FDA/cGMP regulated manufacturing facility experience preferred.

Specialized knowledge or training: Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, pharmaceutical/nutritional manufacturing and packaging processes, warehouse operations, inventory management, technical writing and experience with DEA regulated facilities.
